| What is a remanufactured cartridge? |
| These are cartridges, which are cleaned, conditioned and refilled for resale. These are used because some printer models use patented cartridges, which prevent the manufacture of a compatible cartridge. |

| Do remanufactured cartridges last as long as original cartridges? |
| Yes, in some cases even longer as some manufacturers have been known to only half fill the original cartridges, whereas we fill them to the top. |

| Is the ink used in remanufactured cartridges the same as the original ink? |
| No, refill companies cannot use the same inks as the original manufacturers as these inks have a manufacturer’s patent. The refill ink however, is of excellent quality and is thoroughly tested prior to manufacture to ensure it reaches high printing standards. |

| Will buying a remanufactured or compatible cartridge affect the warranty on my printer? |
| No, it's actually illegal for the manufacturers to prohibit the use of remanufactured or compatible cartridges, so your warranty cannot be affected. |

| Why are compatible cartridges so much cheaper to buy than the printer manufacturer brand? |
| This is simply because the official manufacturers have additional costs such as advertising and investor profits; also they are the company that holds the brand name and so can demand more money. The alternative manufacturers on the other hand, have none of this to consider so can sell their cartridges at a standard mark-up value. |

| What shelf life do compatible cartridges have? |
| Approx. 20-24 months from manufacture, but its likely they will get used long before this. |
